- Progressive flexibility movement program.
- Nutrition and Diet planning in par with client's individual feature.
- Program to achieve client's onset goal.
- Periodic check and record of health parameters of the clients to avoid and prevent of any serious health aggravations and cardio health
Training involves in first checking the client's health condition and ongoing lifestyle demands thereafter their health goal, program starts with reviving health structure of their sedentary or active lifestyle- working class, students and house bound habitants, To activate the growth in positive and healthy way of mind and body.
