# Walk more (10000 steps), drink minimum 3 to 4 litres of water, more is excellent, (ratio with body weight 1kg weight= 100ml water)
# Stop consumption of junk food, trans fat, alcoholic beverages, aerated beverage, artificial sweetener (slow poison), stress, and excuses.
