Physical and Psychological Benefits



Participation in structured exercise training is known to provide significant physical and psychological benefits. Exercise conditioning is now considered a viable means to enhance functional capacity and independence across different people.

 Unfortunately, 

Many persons who could benefit the most from increased daily activity do not do so

Physical exercise, as part of a complete conditioning program, has been shown to be quite effective in reducing body weight and blood pressure with improvements in lipid levels and resting sugar levels, thereby reducing the chances of developing metabolic syndrome and diabetes.

But, still people are hesitant, to join any fitness related program, they have their own sets of reasons of fall back
