All impressive growth comes from a strong foundation. Whether you’re admiring the tallest building in the world or the wonder of a majestic redwood tree, all things begin with a stable root system.

We humans need to create this strong foundation by strengthening our core.

Participation in the exercise training recommended: minimum 2wice a week for Aged and frail 

3rice to 6 times a week in accordance with your goal for children and youth,

You are healthy and fit only if, when you maintain all your muscles and bones in active process of resistance exercise, tweaking them to replenish its fibers and cells with blood, white blood and other nutrients, 

and 

By not participating in any exercise program reduces the quality of the joints of movement, muscles and overall functional confidence lose.
